I first saw their work at a friend’s home. I loved what I saw and definitely felt their products would be beautiful gifts for Christmas. I ordered the round acacia paddle. When it arrived the box was damaged in shipping and there were 2 flaws in the actual product. I immediately contacted them and received a replacement very quickly. I have since purchased 3 more boards from them. Everyone that received one loved them. We do sweet & savory boards often so they will get a lot of use. They are such a beautiful product.
