- 1 Large Brie Cheese
- Zest of 1/2 an Orange
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Baguette or crackers (for serving)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place brie on a rimmed baking sheet. Place into oven and bake for approximately 20 min.
- While Brie is baking, combine honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange zest in a pot over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil and reduce heat to low. Allow mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes while stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and stir in Walnuts and Cranberries.
- Place the mixture on top of the brie, and serve with your favorite baguette or crackers.
