Valentines Day is right around the corner! A day of the year where you eat as much chocolate and sweets as you'd like, with people you love! It doesn't matter if you spend the day with a special someone , or you’re getting together for a Galentine’s Day with your besties.. as long as you are surrounded by good company and good food, it is sure to be a day or night to remember!
Be prepared this Valentines Day with this delicious and stunning Cheese Board! One of the most amazing things about a Cheese board is the fact that you can customize it to suit any occasion or theme. It's simple, quick to make and a perfect appetizer to share with others while watching a movie on the couch or playing a card game at the table. A Cheese Board elevates any party or get together in a unique way!
We love this Valentines Day Cheese Board because of its elegance and romantic vibe. Here are the supplies you will need to get started. Large Lynn & Liana Resin Cheese Board, a heart shaped cookie cutter, and a small ramekin.
Here is the grocery shopping list you can use for reference!

1 large round brie cheese

1 large block of fresh mozzarella or any other cheese desired (to cut into shape of heart)

200 grams of thinly sliced Genoa Salami

Strawberries
-
2 Dark chocolate bars
-
Lindor chocolates
-
Pecans
-
Crackers of choice
-
Raspberry or strawberry jam
-
White Chocolate wafers
Directions:

Start off by placing your Brie cheese in one corner of the board, then place your small ramekin filled with jam near by.

Cut out your Mozzarella into the shape of a heart, and place in the opposite corner diagonally across from the Brie.

Create your Salami rose using a large wine glass. You can see the full directions by visiting our salami rose blog right here. You will then place your salami rose in the middle of the board.

Place the crackers in the other 2 corners of the board.

Melt 1 dark chocolate bar over the stove or in microwave. Then dip your strawberries in the chocolate and place in fridge for 5 min.

Your last step is to simply fill in any gaps remaining with the rest of your ingredients. The strawberries, pecans, wafers, pieces of chocolate bar, and Lindor chocolates. The goal is to have no obvious gaps left remaining of the Cheese board!
There you have it! A simple 10 minutes with minimal effort and you have a fantastic Cheese board for Valentines day. Not only is it gorgeous, but also incredibly tasty!
